Youth Mental Health First Aid
Will teach you how to assist adolescents who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves, using a practical, evidence-based Action Plan. This course is based on guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems and professionals.

• Suicidal thoughts and behaviors
• Non-suicidal self-injury

Delivery methods there are 3 options
Face to face: engaging and popular, there is no pre-study required and generally runs over 2 x 6-hour sessions.
Blended online : 3-4 hours of pre-study (online) followed by a face-to-face session total 6 hours.
Fully online : 3-4 hours of pre-study (online) followed by 2 x online sessions at 2.5 hours each. Very popular for those with multiple locations or in a remote location.
